THE PROBLEM

Bangladesh has experienced rapid growth in digital learning over the past decade. Millions of learners are now consuming educational content online through courses, videos, and social media platforms. While this expansion has increased access to learning, much of the ecosystem still remains heavily focused on exam preparation, short-term certifications, and volume-based course selling.

At the same time, the global workforce is changing rapidly. According to the World Economic Forum, analytical thinking, problem solving, adaptability, communication, and technology-related skills are becoming increasingly important across industries. Yet many learners continue to struggle with developing practical, industry-relevant, and future-focused capabilities that extend beyond theoretical knowledge.

Broti was created from the belief that education must evolve alongside the changing realities of the world. We do not simply aim to sell courses. Our mission is to contribute towards building better education by creating practical, globally informed, and skill-based learning experiences.

Alongside courses and learning resources, Broti aims to support learners, educators, and institutions by sharing ideas, insights, and best practices inspired by some of the world’s leading education systems and learning approaches. We believe education should not only help individuals pass exams or gain certificates — it should help them think critically, solve real problems, adapt to change, and create meaningful impact in their communities and careers.

HOW WE DO IT

Broti focuses on creating learning experiences that are grounded in real-world relevance and long-term impact. We do this through:

Accessible Resources

Guides, books, and learning materials — both free and paid — to support continuous learning.

Programs for Impact

Initiatives aimed at youth empowerment, skills development, and expanding access to quality education — particularly for underserved communities.
